Welcome to Pic n Pair (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website picnpair.com (the “Site”) and placing orders with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Definitions
   Customer / You: Any person who visits or purchases through the Site.

Order: A request by you to purchase a product from us.

Product(s): Goods offered for sale on the Site, including customized or personalized products (frames, photo gifts, etc.).

2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
   Order Process: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not yet mean your order is accepted. Acceptance happens when we ship the product or provide a dispatch confirmation.

Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before order confirmation.

Taxes: Prices may include applicable GST / other taxes, or taxes may be added at checkout depending on product / service type.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list payment methods you accept: credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.]. You must provide valid payment details.

Payment Security: We employ reasonable security measures to protect your payment information, but we are not liable for any fraud or loss arising from misuse.

4. Product Descriptions
   We aim to describe products accurately (size, color, design, etc.). However, due to variations in display screens, lighting, etc., actual color / appearance may slightly differ.

Custom / personalized products are made to your specifications. Once you approve or submit a design, changes may not be possible.

5. Delivery / Shipping
   Shipping Area: We provide [free / paid] shipping within Tamil Nadu / India. (As per your policy: “Free Shipping All Over Tamilnadu.”)

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, courier delays, etc.).

Risk & Title: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) passes to you once full payment has been received.

6. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds
   Cancellation by Customer: You may request cancellation before the item is dispatched. Once production or dispatch begins (especially for customized products), cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges: Because many of our products are personalized, returns / exchanges are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong or damaged item.

Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed using the same method of payment within a reasonable time. Shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable.

7. Customization & Personalization
   You are responsible for providing correct information for personalization (names, photos, song names, etc.).

We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect inputs by you.

If the custom design file you upload is low resolution or unsuitable, we may contact you for clarification or to request a better quality file.

8. User Accounts
   To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Site (images, design, text, etc.) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not use them without express written permission.

By uploading photos or designs for personalization, you grant us a license to use those materials to produce your order and to display them in our marketing (unless you expressly request otherwise).

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pic n Pair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Disclaimers
    The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless required by law.

We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Chennai / Tamil Nadu] (or wherever your business is located).

13. Changes to Terms
    We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective when posted on the Site with the “Last Updated” date.
