Thank you for shopping with Pic n Pair. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle delivery of your customised gifts across India.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed through Pic n Pair (picnpair.com) within India unless otherwise specified.
2. Order Processing Time
- Customised products (frames, personalised items etc.) require processing time.
- Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing time may increase during peak seasons (festivals, sales etc.), in which case you will be notified via email / WhatsApp / SMS.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via reliable courier partners.
- Shipping method (standard / express) depends on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Time

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders within Tamil Nadu (as already practised). picnpair.com
- For shipments outside Tamil Nadu, shipping charges will apply based on location and weight/size of the package.
- The shipping charge will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking details.
- You can track the status of your shipment via our website or directly on the courier partner’s portal.
7. Delivery Issues
- If you find the package damaged on arrival, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will assess and decide whether to replace or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, courier partner may attempt redelivery or leave the package at a safe place or with a neighbour; exact practices depend on local courier’s policy.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Because items are customised, return is only possible in case of manufacturing defect, damage during transit or incorrect item sent.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos).
- Refunds / Replacements will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Undeliverable Orders
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to receive, or unavailability of consignee, we may charge for the return shipping and redelivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility that the address given is correct and complete.
10. International Shipping (if applicable)
(Only include this if you plan to ship outside India.)
- We currently do / do not accept international shipping.
- For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
